Is SanSafe approved by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Association)?
Yes, SanSafe’s fogging solution is entered into the TGA - ARTG as a registered, hospital-grade disinfectant. It is the only product of its kind in the world with a two-year shelf life. SanSafe is officially registered as a Medical Device and approved to kill bacteria and viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) in 15 seconds. TGA - ARTG entry AUST R 292455. It is also approved to kill Black Mould, one of the most dangerous forms, with a contact time of 5 minutes.
When should I book my SanSafe treatment?
Ideally, our treatments are completed after hours or when foot traffic is at a minimum.
How is SanSafe applied?
We use a unique fogging system to administer your SanSafe treatment. Hand cleaning and squirt bottle spraying alone cannot deliver the thorough and comprehensive treatment that misting provides.
Is SanSafe biodegradable?
Yes, SanSafe is 100% biodegradable.
Is SanSafe effective at killing Covid-19?
SanSafe has been officially approved to kill SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) in 15 seconds, and is on the official TGA list of disinfectants for use against COVID-19. SanSafe is also proven to kill E.coli and influenza viruses.
Is SanSafe toxic?
No. SanSafe is 100% non-toxic and safe to use around people and animals. It also poses no danger to aquatic and marine life. SanSafe is one of the very few disinfectants world wide that is not harmful to people, animals, environment, or materials. Nanocyn® has a 0-0-0-A safety profile, requires no safety equipment, and causes no reaction on eyes or respiratory systems. The product we use is a category four safety disinfectant – the only one in Australia that holds dual Australian TGA as well as U.S. EPA certifications confirming zero inhalation, zero ocular and zero skin irritation. This means there are no OH&S problems associated with the product, and no PPE is required to use it.
How long until I can re-enter the space after a SanSafe treatment?
There is no need to vacate the premises while your SanSafe treatment is underway. You can choose to be present for your treatment, or you can re-enter the space immediately afterwards.
Is SanSafe natural?
Yes—SanSafe is 100% natural with no toxic chemicals. This means that it is food safe and therefore suitable for restaurants and places where food is served.
What do I need to organise before my treatment?
You will need to ensure access to your premises or vehicle, including any keys or codes required to enter the space. We will also need to arrange access to power and water on site to connect to our fogging system.

What product do you use?
SanSafe exclusively uses Nanocyn, as it is environmentally friendly, plant-based, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-hazardous and highly effective at killing bacteria and viruses.

How often should I use SanSafe?
In areas with high foot traffic, we recommend using SanSafe at least once a week. For areas with less foot traffic, we recommend fortnightly, and for areas with very little foot traffic and no changes in personnel, we recommend monthly treatments. The product should be applied bi-weekly for best results when used to treat mould.
Is SanSafe effective at killing mould?
Yes, the product we use is able to penetrate deep into surfaces and materials, which is important for effective mould remediation. It’s also approved against Black Mould, (one of the most dangerous forms), with a contact time of 5 minutes.
